Shipping and delivery
Shipping is available to Austria and the countries offered by the printing and design workshop. Delivery times and costs are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.
Shipping costs for orders within Austria:
up to 1 piece € 4.5
1 to 3 pieces € 5.50
4 to 5 pieces € 7.5
Shipping costs for orders within the EU:
up to 1 piece € 11.5
1 to 3 pieces € 13.5
4 to 5 pieces € 15
Our print and design workshop collections are not kept in stock and are manufactured specifically for you after your order. Therefore, your delivery may take 7-10 days after your order. However, we're delighted to be rethinking sustainability and consciously slowing down delivery and ordering processes.
If not all ordered products are in stock, Druck und Designwerkstatt is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
In the event of delivery delays, the customer will be informed immediately. If the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
